Summer is my favourite season and I am not gonna lie I would rather be spending it by the beach as usual!
UK weather is treating us nicely these days so I can't complain! 
For most of us summer means spending more time outdoors, enjoying the sunshine and being more active in general.
By moving more in hot weather, our brain signals the body to produce more sweat in order to keep it cool but it  can cause dehydration if water is not replenished along with.
Water is one of the biggest constituents of human bodies. So, how can we ensure that we get enough of it?
