Prior to your initial session, I would send you to complete a pre-assessment questionnaire, a 7-day food diary and I would kindly request copies of relevant medical reports and blood tests, if available. This will allow us to use the time for our initial session more efficiently. This will be discussed during your introductory call.
2. What can I expect from my consultation?
Initial Consultations are booked for up to 60 minutes and will include a full assessment of your medical history, lifestyle and dietary habits and we will reach a nutritional diagnosis. You will be sent a Nutritional Treatment Plan and any other resources you may need after the consultation. Follow-up consultations will involve reviewing your treatment and offering ongoing support in implementation or adaptation of your plan.

The fees are very much depending on each individual's care needs and the length and type of booking requested. All fees fairly reflect current level of expertise, time, resources and/or travel, therefore fees are subject to change at any time. We aim to discuss this further with you during your introductory call.

Accepted payment methods are: direct bank transfer or cash. You will receive an invoice after consultation and receipt following cleared payment.
5. How long is a consultation?
Initial consultations typically last 60 minutes. However, you may wish to have a longer consultation depending on you individual needs. Follow-up appointments are usually up to 30-45 minutes however a longer appointment can be made upon request.

Yes, home visits are available upon request. This may be a residential visit or a location upon request. a call out fee will be charged for home visits.
